Your code's new superhero.
Write real Roblox Lua and watch Lune fly through it, one line at a time.
Free to start. Ages 13+, or younger with a parent's OK.
Watch your code run
Lune acts out your script one line at a time, so you see exactly what it does.
Try it. Does Lune get into VIP? Set the coins, call it, then run the script and watch. No account needed.
coins
Learn by doing, one bite at a time
Short lessons with one idea each. Guess what the code does, check it, and Lune shows you why.
Keep it going
Keep a daily streak, earn XP and coins, finish daily quests, race a weekly league, and dress Lune from the shop.
Write real code
The Playground is yours. Write any Luau you like, and if something breaks, Lune tells you why in plain words.
Built for young coders: no chat, private profiles under 13
Orbit is built for young coders, with the grown-ups in the loop.
- No chat with other playersThe only one you talk to is Lune.
- Private profiles under 18Only friends can see them. Under 13, each friendship waits for a parent's OK.
- A parent says OK firstUnder 13? We email a parent or guardian before the account switches on.
- Cancel in two clicksNo calls and no forms. Any time, in Settings.
In your language
Orbit speaks six languages. Lune explains everything in yours, and the code stays real Lua, just like in Roblox Studio.
Hi! I explain everything in your language.
Ten worlds, from Spawn to Coin Rush
Each world teaches one big idea, and each one wins Lune a new fit.
Five worlds are free. Plus and Max open five more.
Start free and keep every starter world forever. Go, Plus and Max give you more lives each day, and more help from Lune.
- Lives a day: 5 on Free, 10 on Go, 25 on Plus, no limit on Max
- Plus and Max open every new world we add
- More questions for Lune, up to no limit at all
- Streak freezes for busy days
- Max: Lune reviews the code you write
- Plus and Max items in Lune's shop, bought with the coins you earn
Start your first world
It's free, it takes five minutes, and Lune is ready when you are.
Plain Lua runs here: variables, math, if, loops, tables and print. Lune plays pretend with DataStoreService and Players. Your code stays in this browser.
Every plan has all five starter worlds, the playground and Lune. Plans change how many lives you get each day.
Compare plans
Prices include VAT/sales tax where it applies. Plans renew on their own until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan: two clicks, no emails, no calls. This preview is in test mode, so nothing is ever charged.
Secure payment with StripeCard details go straight to Stripe. Orbit never sees them.
Questions
How old do I need to be?
Orbit is for ages 13 and up. Younger learners can use it with a parent's OK: we ask for a parent's email at sign-up and only switch the account on once they approve.
What are coins?
You earn coins by finishing lessons, winning crowns, doing your daily quests and playing in the weekly league. Spend them in Lune's shop on hats, glasses, capes, colours and more. Every item has a fixed price. Coins can't be bought with money, and lives are never for sale.
Is there a free trial?
Plus and Max start with 7 days free, once per account. Go has no trial, since it's already our lowest price. We email you 3 days before a trial ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Do plans renew on their own?
Yes. A plan renews every month or year at the price you saw at checkout, until you cancel. Your next date and every receipt are in Settings → Plan.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Plan, press Cancel plan, then Yes. That's two clicks, no email or call. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
What are lives?
Lives are how many wrong answers you can afford in a day. Each wrong answer costs 1 life, in lessons and in replays. Free has 5 lives a day, Go has 10, Plus has 25 and Max has no limit. They fill back up at midnight where you are. On Free you can also earn a life back by watching an ad (up to 2 a day) or by replaying a finished lesson without a single mistake (up to 2 a day). Lives are never for sale, and running out never costs you your streak or your XP.
Do I get new worlds?
Yes, on Plus and Max. The five starter worlds are free for everyone. Worlds 6 to 10, and every new world we add after them, are for Plus and Max at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, in Settings → Plan. Moving up starts right away and you pay only the difference for the days left. Moving down starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
How does Family billing work?
One parent pays for everyone: 2x the price of Plus or Max, for up to 4 learners, and each learner gets that plan. The Family page has the details.
Are there ads?
On Free, you see one short ad break after you finish a new lesson. You can skip it after 5 seconds, and you never see one while you learn. You can also choose to watch one to earn back a life. Go, Plus and Max have no ads at all, and neither does anyone on a Family plan. The ads are Orbit's own, and they track nothing.
Is this Lua or Luau?
Roblox runs Luau, a faster version of Lua. Everything here is the Roblox flavour, so what you learn works in Studio.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Settings → Delete account removes your profile, progress and tutor chats, and cancels any plan. You can download your data first.
What do you do with my data?
The short version: as little as we can. The long version is in the privacy policy.
Up to 4 learners on one bill, for 2x the price of a single plan. Everyone gets their own path, streak and XP.
One parent pays and manages the plan. It renews until you cancel, and cancelling takes two clicks in Settings → Plan. Test mode: nothing is charged in this preview.
Secure payment with StripeCard details go straight to Stripe. Orbit never sees them.
How it works
- A parent picks the planPlus or Max Family. One bill for 2x the single price.
- Add your learnersUp to 5 more, by their Orbit username, in Settings → Plan.
- Everyone learns at their own paceEach learner keeps their own path, streak, XP and outfits.
- Kids are coveredUnder 13? A parent says OK before the account works, and only a parent can pay.
Family questions
Who can join?
Up to 4 learners, you included. You add the others by their Orbit username in Settings → Plan, and you can remove someone any time.
Does everyone get the same plan?
Yes. With Plus Family, every learner gets Plus. You can switch the whole family between Plus and Max later, and moving up starts right away. Go has no Family version.
Do learners share progress?
No. Each learner has their own path, streak, XP and outfits, just like on a single plan.
My child is under 13. What happens?
They sign up with your OK first: we ask for your email and switch their account on once you approve. Only a parent can buy a plan for them. The privacy policy explains what we keep.
What if I remove someone?
They go back to Free and keep their progress. Their seat opens up for someone else.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Plan → Cancel plan, then Yes. Everyone keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Orbit is built for young coders, so we collect as little as we can and we never sell it. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to get rid of it. Parents: everything about the age check, consent and your child's data is here too.
Who is responsible for your data
For anything about your data, email contact@nextframedev.com. Legal notice
What we keep, why, and for how long
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Username, email and password | To make your account and sign you in. We keep only a scrambled check value of your password (a salted hash), never the password itself | Until you delete your account |
| Birth month and year, and your country | The age check and the rules for younger learners. Your country picks the currency prices show in | Until you delete your account |
| A parent's email (learners under 13) | To ask for the parent's OK, to ask about each friend request, and to check the OK a day or two later | 7 days if the parent doesn't answer or says no. If the parent says yes: until the child's account is deleted |
| Lessons done, XP, streak, badges, Lune's outfit and your language | To keep your place on the path, on every device | Until you delete your account |
| Coins, shop items, Streak Freezes, daily quests and weekly league places | To run coins, the shop and the leagues. In a league, everyone under 18 and every private profile shows only a made-up name | Until you delete your account. You can leave leagues any time in Settings |
| Lives used today, lives earned from ads or practice, and your time zone | To count your lives and refill them at your own midnight | The daily counts start again each day. Ad and practice records: 1 to 2 days |
| Profile: bio, Lune avatar, showcased badges, friend code, private or public | To show your profile to you and your friends, and to everyone if you're 18 or older and make it public | Until you delete your account |
| Friends, friend requests, high fives and blocks | To run friends safely (online accounts only) | Until either of you removes it, or an account is deleted. A request a parent doesn't answer: 7 days |
| Friend feed events, like "finished World 2" | To show your friends what you finished | 90 days |
| Reports you send (a reason picked from a list) | To check them and keep Orbit safe | 1 year |
| Which emails you want, and an unsubscribe code | To send only the emails you chose, and to make the unsubscribe link in our emails work in one click | Until you delete your account |
| One-time links we email (cancel a plan, a parent's OK, a friend approval) | So each link works once, and only for the person it was sent to. We keep only a scrambled code of it | 24 hours to 30 days, then deleted |
| Your plan, payments and receipts (paid plans) | To give you your plan and your receipts. Card details go straight to Stripe: we never see your full card number | In Orbit: until you delete your account. Stripe keeps payment records as long as tax law requires |
| A scrambled code of your email, and your card's fingerprint at Stripe (free trials) | So each person gets the free trial once | Kept after the account is deleted, with nothing that links it to you |
| Family learners' usernames (Family plans) | So the parent who pays can give each learner the plan | Until they're removed or the plan ends |
| Rate-limit counters (a scrambled code of your IP address or account) and server logs | To stop password guessing and spam, and to keep the site running. Our log lines never include your email, password or tokens | Counters: up to 3 days. Logs at Vercel: a few days at most |
| A Google sign-in you didn't finish | So you can pick a username and birthday after signing in with Google | 1 hour, then deleted |
Old data is deleted automatically: a clean-up runs every hour.
Why we're allowed to use it
- To give you Orbit (our contract with you): your account, lessons, progress, coins, lives, friends, your plan and payments.
- Consent: a parent's OK for learners under 13, and emails you can choose, like news. You can take consent back at any time. That doesn't undo what happened before.
- Keeping Orbit safe and working (our legitimate interest): rate limits, logs, reports, blocks and the one-trial check.
- The law: payment and tax records.
Who helps us run Orbit
These companies process data for us. Each gets only what it needs for its job, under a data processing agreement, and may not use it for anything else.
| Who | What they do | What they get | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosting: serves the website and runs our server code | Your IP address and the pages you ask for, and what passes through our server code | USA |
| Supabase Inc. | Database and login | Your account and everything in the table above that's kept online | EU (Ireland, region eu-west-1) |
| Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / Stripe, Inc. | Payments | Your email, card details, country and what you buy (paid plans only) | EU (Ireland) and USA |
| Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) | Sending our emails | The email address and the email itself | USA |
| Google LLC | Sign in with Google, only if you choose it | Your Google email and name, when you press Continue with Google | USA |
Our fonts and code libraries are stored on our own site, so opening Orbit doesn't contact Google Fonts or any other outside server. Orbit's ads are our own: no ad network and no trackers.
Data outside Europe
Our database is in the EU. Vercel, Stripe, Resend and Google are based in the USA, so some data goes there. We only use companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (with its UK and Swiss-US parts), or that have signed the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the Swiss and UK additions). Ask us for a copy at contact@nextframedev.com.
Cookies and storage on your device
Orbit uses no tracking or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner. One cookie keeps you logged in, and your browser's storage remembers your choices.
| Name | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
orbit_rtCookie | Keeps you logged in (online accounts). Scripts on the page can't read it (httpOnly), and it's only sent to our login service | 30 days from your last visit, or until you log out |
orbit.account, orbit.saved.*, orbit.user.*, orbit.owner, orbit.loginFailsBrowser storage | Your account on this browser, and a short pause after 5 wrong passwords | Until you log out or clear your browser |
orbit.progress, orbit.profile, orbit.avatar, orbit.wear, orbit.coins, orbit.lives, orbit.dirty, orbit.onboardBrowser storage | Your progress, profile, Lune's outfit, coins and lives, so Orbit works offline and catches up later | Until you clear your browser |
orbit.theme, orbit.lang, orbit.cur, orbit.prices, orbit.geo, orbit.pg.*, orbit.adnBrowser storage | Your choices: light or dark, language, currency, the Playground's layout, and which ad break comes next | Until you clear your browser |
orbit.under13Browser storage | That the birthday typed in was under 13, so sign-up goes straight to the parent step | 24 hours |
orbit.draft.*, orbit.oauth.link, orbit-oauthTab storage | What you typed in a form, so it survives going back, and a one-time code while you sign in with Google | Until you close the tab |
Kids under 13
We ask everyone for a birth month and year. Learners under 13 can only join after a parent or guardian says yes by email. We then keep the parent's email so we can ask them about every friend request, and a day or two later we email them once more to check it was really them.
Learners under 13 have no email of their own on Orbit. Their profile is always private, their bio is picked from a short list, friends are added only with a friend code, and every friendship waits for a parent's OK. Only a parent can buy a plan for them.
Parents can see, download or delete their child's data, tell us to stop collecting it, or take their OK back at any time: write to contact@nextframedev.com, or use the link in our check email. If a parent doesn't answer our first email within 7 days, we delete their email address.
Learners aged 13 to 17
Profiles of everyone under 18 are always private: only friends can see them, and nobody can find them by username. Friends are added with a friend code. Reminder emails start switched off, and only adults can buy a plan.
Profiles and friends
- Every profile starts private: only you and your friends see it. If you're 18 or older, you can make yours public in Edit profile.
- What a profile shows: your username, Lune avatar, bio, badges, streak, XP, lessons and worlds done, and the month you joined.
- What it never shows: your email, your birthday or age, your real name, where you live, or your plan.
- There is no chat and no messaging anywhere on Orbit. Friends can only send one reaction, a high five, to things like "finished World 2".
- Bios are short (80 characters) and can't contain links, emails, phone numbers or usernames from other apps.
- Every profile has Block and Report. A blocked person can't find you, see your profile or send you requests, and isn't told.
- Right now friends need an online account. On this browser-only version, nothing about your profile leaves your device.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data.
- We don't let ad trackers onto the site. Free learners see a short ad break after a lesson, and today those ads are Orbit's own: they use no tracking and no data. If we ever add an ad network, it will be child-safe and non-personalized, and we'll say so here first.
- Orbit has no AI chat. Ask Lune gives ready-made answers about each lesson, written by us.
- Code you paste into the playground stays in your browser, and so does Lune's review of it (Max).
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we have about you, and give you a copy you can take elsewhere
- correct data that's wrong
- delete your data
- use your data less, or stop a use that relies on our legitimate interest
- take back a consent you gave, at any time
- not be judged only by a computer in ways that really affect you (Orbit doesn't do this)
Most of this is in Settings: download your data, choose your emails and delete your account. For anything else, write to contact@nextframedev.com. We reply within one month, or sooner where the law requires.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example where you live: the FDPIC in Switzerland (edoeb.admin.ch), the CNIL in France (cnil.fr), the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk), the ANPD in Brazil (gov.br/anpd), or the authority of your EU country.
Changes to this page
If we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date at the top. For important changes, we tell you in Orbit or by email before they apply, and we ask again where the law needs your consent (or a parent's).

Who we are
Using Orbit
You need to be 13 or older, or have a parent's consent. Be kind in anything you share, and don't try to break the site or other people's accounts.
Your code
Code you write is yours. You can use anything you build in lessons in your own Roblox games.
Plans
Orbit has a Free plan and three paid plans: Go ($2.99 a month), Plus ($8.99 a month) and Max ($14.99 a month), or about 20% less when you pay yearly. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
Renewal and cancelling
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, at the price shown at checkout. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan in two clicks; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Lives
Each plan gives you a number of lives a day: Free 5, Go 10, Plus 25, Max unlimited. A wrong answer in a lesson, a replay or practice costs 1 life. Lives fill back up in full at midnight in your time zone. On Free you can earn back 1 life by watching an ad, up to 2 a day, and 1 life by replaying a finished lesson with no mistakes, up to 2 a day. Lives can't be bought one at a time. Paid plans come with more lives each day. The five starter worlds are free for everyone; worlds we add after them are for Plus and Max.
Ads
The Free plan shows a short ad break after you finish a new lesson. Go, Plus, Max and every Family learner see no ad breaks after lessons. Watching an ad to earn a life on Free is always your choice. Ads are never based on who you are, and they never ask for your details.
Coins and the shop
You earn coins by learning (lessons, crowns, daily quests and weekly leagues) and spend them in Lune's shop. Coins have no money value: they can't be bought, sold, swapped or turned into money, and they stay with your account. Every shop item has one fixed price in coins, and nothing in the shop is random. Some items can only be bought on Plus or Max; what you bought stays yours if your plan ends. We may change the items or prices in the shop, but we never take back an item you have.
Free trial
Plus and Max can start with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Go has no trial. We email you 3 days before a trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the plan starts and renews as above.
Family plans
Family is available on Plus and Max. A Family plan costs 2x the price of the plan it's based on and covers up to 4 learners, including the parent who pays. Every learner gets that plan. The parent adds and removes learners in Settings → Plan; a removed learner goes back to Free and keeps their progress. Cancelling ends the plan for everyone at the end of the paid period.
Contact
Questions about Orbit, your plan or these terms: contact@nextframedev.com.
Changes and refunds
Moving to a higher plan, or turning Family on, starts right away and charges only the difference for the days left in your period. Moving to a lower plan, turning Family off or switching to yearly starts at your next renewal. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, ask us and we'll refund it in full.
Your right to withdraw (14 days)
You can withdraw from your plan within 14 days of subscribing, or within 14 days of your first payment after a free trial, without giving a reason. Press Withdraw from contract in Settings → Plan, or send us the form below, or any clear statement, by email. We refund every payment for the plan in full, in the way you paid, within 14 days, and the plan ends right away. We email you to confirm.

Price changes
If we change the price of a plan, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and it starts only at your first renewal after those 30 days. If you don't want to pay the new price, you can cancel any time before then, and you won't be charged it.
Cancelling without logging in
Every page has a "Cancel contracts here" link at the bottom. It works without logging in: give the email or username of your account and your plan, and we email a one-click cancel link to the email on that account.
Promo codes
A promo code, like LUNE10 (10% off your first payment), works on a new paid plan, once per account, and only where it's offered. It can't be added to a free trial or swapped for money. We may stop a code at any time, but never for a payment you already made with it.
Using the lessons
The lessons, Lune and the rest of Orbit belong to us or to the people who let us use their work. You may use them for your own learning, on any of your devices. Please don't copy, sell or publish them elsewhere. The code you write stays yours.
If something doesn't work (legal guarantee)
Orbit must work as described. If it doesn't, tell us at contact@nextframedev.com and we'll fix it within a reasonable time, at no cost. If we can't, you can ask for a lower price or end your plan and get back what you paid for the time it didn't work. Your legal rights for digital content and services always apply.
Our responsibility
We do our best to keep Orbit working and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We are fully responsible for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law doesn't allow a limit. Otherwise, we are responsible only for harm that could typically be expected, and for at most what you paid us in the 12 months before. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.
Pausing or closing accounts
We may pause or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by trying to break the site, being mean to others, or picking an offensive username. We tell you why (unless that would put someone at risk), and you can ask us to look again at contact@nextframedev.com. If we close a paid account and it isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of your plan. You can stop using Orbit and delete your account at any time.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This removes your data and ends any paid plan right away, with no refund for the rest of the period. Within your 14-day right to withdraw, withdraw first (Settings → Plan) to get your money back.
Reporting something (notice and action)
The only things learners write on Orbit are usernames and short bios. If you see something illegal or against these terms, press Report on the profile, or email contact@nextframedev.com with the username and what's wrong. We look at every report within 7 days, and much sooner if a child could be at risk. We may change a username, remove a bio or pause an account. We tell the person who reported and the person concerned what we decided and why, and either of them can ask us to look again. We report suspected child abuse to the authorities.
Points of contact (EU Digital Services Act)
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities is contact@nextframedev.com. You can write in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we tell you in Orbit and by email at least 30 days before the changes apply to you, and say what changes. If you don't agree, you can cancel your plan or delete your account before then. Price changes follow the Price changes section above.
Which law applies
Translations
These terms are written in English and translated. If a translation differs from the English, the version more favourable to you applies.
Parents
Accounts for under-13s need a parent's consent, and only a parent can buy a plan for them.

Orbit isn't made by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the Lua team. "Roblox" and "Lua" are only used to describe what we teach.
